General Information

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and your participation in AICT Skills Academy’s programs.
1.2 AICT Skills Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website or email.

 

2.1 Eligibility:

  • Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration.
  • Enrollment is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2.2 Payment Terms:

  • Full payment or an agreed installment must be made prior to the course start date.
  • Fees are non-refundable after the 15-day refund policy period, except under exceptional circumstances at AICT’s discretion.

2.3 Refund Policy:

  • Students can claim a refund within 15 days of course commencement.
  • Registration fees (₹5,000) are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

 

3.1 Course Materials:

  • Students are granted access to course materials for personal use only.
  • Sharing or reproducing materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Classroom Behavior:

  • AICT promotes a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

3.3 Attendance:

  • Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to receive certification.

 

4.1 Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.

 

5.1 All course content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of AICT Skills Academy.
5.2 Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

6.1 AICT is not responsible for:

  • Employment guarantees post-completion of the course.
  • Losses incurred due to technical issues or force majeure events.

 

7.1 AICT collects personal data to facilitate enrollment, deliver courses, and provide support.
7.2 Personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8.1 Any disputes will be addressed amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
